By booking with Rougemont Therapy Centre (either online, by phone or in-person) you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

All times are approximate.  Full consultation is conducted at the start of your treatment (as required).  All sessions and treatments are provided at the discretion of Rougemont Therapy Centre.

• If you arrive prior to your booking time, please be aware that you may have to wait until the agreed time. There is no waiting room within the clinic.

• If you arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled appointment, then you will be charged the full agreed amount, but may not be able to have the full treatment time.

Regrettably due to a small number of clients either not turning up or cancelling very late, we have the following cancellation/no-show policy:

• Initial Appointments require full payment at the time of booking.

• Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice will incur no charge or receive a 100% refund when pre-paid.

• Cancellation with 24-48 hours notice incur a 50% charge or refund when pre-paid (Note: this does not apply to Covid-19 situations and may also be waived by agreement).

• Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice incur a 75% charge (or 25% refund if pre-paid) (Note: this does not apply to Covid-19 situations and may also be waived by agreement).

• Failure to attend an appointment (No-Show) will incur a 100% charge.

In these circumstances we will email you an invoice due for immediate payment. Failure to pay could affect your credit rating and Rougemont Therapy Centre reserve the right to pass these debts onto a third party for collection. If you have pre-paid for your appointment, then the refund will be issued automatically within 5 business days of the cancellation.
