To ensure the protection of each client, we have allowed a 15 minute cleaning time between each appointment.
All areas and equipment will be sanitised, towels replaced and the therapist will change their tunic.
Ultraviolet Air Filtration in the clinic to remove dust, bacteria and viruses.
Too reduce the amount of face-to-face contact time, we have moved the patient details form online and a link is sent to you when you book an appointment.
12 Hours before your appointment you will receive a medical questionnaire (online) to complete prior to every appointment.
All clients will also have to have their temperature checked (in-ear) prior to admittance.
Your therapist will be wearing a Head Visor throughout the treatment, to protect you both from Covid-19.
As of the 8th August 2020, it is a legal requirement in England for clients to wear a face mask, unless they have a valid medical exemption.
Please bring your own water with you to the massage, as we are not currently able to offer water or hot drinks under the UK Government restrictions.
We encourage our clients to pay by contactless payment (up to £45) or higher with Apple/Google Pay. Cash can still be accepted as a last resort.
